Return Policy
Free Proof, Changes and Cancellations
French Blue offers one free proof with each order. We can fax or e-mail
your proof within two business days. If no fax number is given, we will
email the proof. We normally do not provide a proof on stationery,
enclosure cards and stickers. There will be a $5.00 charge for each
change after the first proof unless we are responsible for the error.
We will be happy to cancel your order PRIOR to a proof being shown. If
you must cancel after the proof is received or approved, there will be
a $20.00 charge.
Restocking and Cancellation Policy
There is a $20 cancellation fee 24 hours after your order has been placed.
