Founded in 2000 by two neighbors in Dallas, French Blue was created to provide clients with custom-designed invitations and the latest in pre-printed designs in a relaxed atmosphere with undivided attention. In 2002, Gay Clifton and Kathryn Etcheverry moved the retail business to Austin. In 2008, Kristin Ernst joined us with her retail expertise. We now offer the same personalized service on the web that we offer in our Austin store.
Previously, Gay was the director of print production at an advertising agency. Kathryn's background is in copywriting, graphic design and printing. Kathryn attended Parson's Design School in NYC. Kristin has worked as a buyer and sales associate in retail for the clothing store, Grove Hill, for 18 years.
